Abstract:
Dr Nabi Bakhsh Khan Baloch was a prominent
scholar, Researcher, Educationist, Historian, Administrator, translator, Critic,
Linguist, and above all a multidimensional man, who has given new trends and
tracks to Sindhi Language and Literature, especially in the arena of Folk
Literature and compilation and explanation of `Shah jo Risalo`, in ten volumes is his great and matchless
contributions. Baloch sahib was a versatile researcher and a genius Writer, who not only have command over Sindhi, Balochi,
Siraiki, Urdu, Arabic, Persian and English Languages, but he had his own vision
and wisdom. Dr. sahib not only have given a lot of books on different themes
and thoughts to Sindhi Literature but he established many cultural, educational
and research institutions in Sindh. He dedicated his entire life, for the
betterment of Sindhi Language and Literature. No doubt his towering personality
will always be remembered in Sindh and all over the world for his Literary and
research works.
In this research paper it
is tried to discuss different aspects of personality and possess of baloch
Sahib and apprehended some sights of his intellectual achievements,
particularly in the field of Sindhi Language, Literature, History and specially
Shah jo Risalo.
ادب ۽ تاريخ جي تاليف، تدوين، تخليق، تحقيق ۽ ترويج جي
سلسلي ۾ سنڌ ۽ سنڌي ادب تي، خاص طرح سان پنجن عالمن، اديبن ۽ عِلم پَروَرن جا وڏا
وَڙَ آهن، جن سنڌي ٻولي ۽ ادب جي واڌ ويجهه، ترقي ۽ ترويج لاءِ، نه رڳو عمر ڀر پاڻ
پتوڙيو ۽ ان جي سگهائي ۽ سندرتا لاءِ پنهنجي سڄي زندگي وقف ڪري ڇڏي، پر انهن ان جي
ڀلي ۽ بهتريءَ لاءِ پنهنجون سموريون صلاحيتون، وسيلا، سُرت، سگهه، علم ۽ دانش پڻ
صرف ڪيون آهن.
انهن سُماني هستين مان سڀ کان پهريون نالو شمس العلماءَ
مرزا قليچ بيگ جو اچي ٿو، جنهن پنهنجي گهڻ رُخي علمي، ادبي، تاريخي، تخليقي، لسانياتي
۽ ترجمي جي پورهئي سان، نه فقط سنڌي ادب، ٻولي ۽ ڪلچر جي نئين سِر تعمير ڪري، ان
جا بنياد مضبوط ڪيا، ان کي نين روايتن، نئين اسلوب ۽ ترقي پسند سوچ سان روشناس
ڪيو، پر ان کي گھڻ پاسائين تخليقي وسعت، جدت ۽ فني فڪري حُسناڪي عطا ڪري، سنڌي ادب
کي ان پد تي رَسايو، جو اهو ڪنهن حد تائين ادب جي دنيا ۾ پاڻ ڳڻائڻ جي قابل ٿي
سگهيو.
